I'm Melody, a twenty thirty something French lady & fiber enthusiast.

I currently live & work in Riga, Latvia Brittany, France, where I have been established for the past few years.

I am a self-taught knitter, and for a as long as I've been able to hold the two knitting sticks, I have been obsessed. Yarn is oxygen for my hands, and I truly believe that knitting is my language. If you come for a cup of tea, don't be surprised if you find some threads or wooly fluff here and there. My practice is a lifestyle!

 When I’m not knitting, cuddling yarn or taking photographs, you can find me walking in the woods, foraging for wild food or dreaming of growing my own veggies.

I started working for myself in 2015 after publishing my first knitting pattern, and I haven't looked back since then. Creating knitting pattern is both challenging and rewarding. It takes time and dedication.

I wake up every morning with the goal of owning a piece of land, somewhere in rural France, where I’ll be able to keep working with yarn and fiber while growing a vegetable garden & raise children. Embracing this creative life has been the most fulfilling thing that I have ever done, and I feel so grateful & blessed to be able to share my journey and work with this amazing online community of fiber fanatics.
